xx88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issuance and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
All Wagers placed on the xx88 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirming a Wager. xx88 does not accept claims of accidental wager placement after confirmation.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or payment calculations, xx88 reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return stakes to Players. This applies to both sports betting and casino products, including live dealer games.
All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other covered competitions — are governed by xx88's sportsbook rules, which are published separately within the sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. xx88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at its discretion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit xx88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
xx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms or that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
Upon termination of an account, xx88 will retain the right to withhold any balances pending resolution of outstanding compliance or fraud investigations. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any accrued Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment source following completion of any applicable review period.
Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting xx88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
